Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping at WeirdMojo.

WeirdMojo operates on a made to order basis. Which means once we receive your order, we put it into production specifically for you based on your sizing, style and colour selection. The manufacturing facilities are located on both the East and West coasts of the United States.

We want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases from WeirdMojo however since we can't unmake the product to return to inventory we can't offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of manufacturers defect(Damaged items, please see below).

Ooops Discount

We do understand that you may want a more baggy feeling t-shirt and yours is snug or you wanted snug and its more baggy. Perhaps you chose red and now you are thinking blue is more your colour. Since we can't take exchanges which would also involve you shipping it to our offices in Canada with tracking and insurance, we have put in place an Ooops Discount. If this situation has occurred for you, please send us an email to and tell us what the issue is along with your invoice number. If approved, we will send you a unique discount code that can be used to order the same product again in a different size or colour and will give you 30% off the retail price. This is a one-time unique discount code and expires within 30 days if not used.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Damaged products can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

    The product was purchased in the last 30 days

    The product is in its original packaging

    The product isn't used

    You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from the manufacturing facilities.
